These seeds, 24k gold or sterling silver, are placed on specific points on the ear and held in place with adhesive tape. The seeds stimulate pressure points, which can help address various health issues like stress, pain, and digestive problems. They are typically left in place for up to 5 days.

Reiki is a type of healing energy treatment. It will help with stress, anxiety, pain in certain areas. Usually these painful areas you experience can be trigger to something emotional. This service can be provided long distance. I’ll provide pictures and feedback.

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to alleviate pain and promote relaxation and healing. You will be fully clothed so please wear a tank top and leggings.

Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine modality that has been used for centuries. Cupping helps enhance circulation, help relieve pain, and pull out toxins. This is not an add on this is cupping by itself as a service. Red light is included with service.

The session will be enhanced with a crystal infused far infrared mat called the Bio Mat. The mat helps with muscle repair, sleep, and relaxation.

A far and mid infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling while near infrared penetrates the tissue promoting cellar repair. At a medium constant intensity level.
